Il trapano KR2000: un successo nell'ortopedia d'urgenza

Il trapano KR2000 trova l'inizio del suo successo nell'anno 2000, quando sostituisce il predecessore KR30, arricchendolo di funzionalità tecniche ma mantenendo sempre la prerogativa di essenzialità che mai fin'ora è stato offerto per un dispositivo per il trattamento delle fratture.

Fin dalla sua nascita, è stato strettamente destinato per l'utilizzo all'interno del Pronto Soccorso Ortopedico, dove trova la sua funzione per l'infissione dei fili di Kirschner, utilizzati per mettere in trazione ossa che hanno subito fratture scomposte e necessitano il riposizionamento nel loro asse principale.

A che cosa serve: il filo di Kirschner, venendo introdotto all'estremità dell'osso fratturato, esercita una trazione lungo l'asse principale dello stesso, favorendo la riduzione della frattura. 

Perchè è stato concepito: il trapano è stato pensato per offrire un'alternativa a tutti i dispositivi simili in commercio, che al contrario si configurano come dispositivi per la Sala Operatoria, e che quindi rispettano precisi standard di sterilizzazione.
La necessità di intervento immediato nel caso di emergenze ortopediche (quali fratture, per esempio) ha reso il KR2000 uno strumento essenziale ed allo stesso tempo estremamente maneggevole.

A chi è destinato: il KR2000 è destinato a:
- Reparti di pronto soccorso ortopedico e traumatologico
- Unità di ortopedia
- Asl, Aziende Sanitarie Provinciali, Aziende Ospedaliere

Le installazioni in Italia: a partire dalla sua nascita, è stato inserito nella dotazione delle apparecchiature per Ortopedia d'urgenza in molte regioni italiane.

Il successo del KR2000 è rappresentato dalla percentuale di installazioni nei Pronti Soccorsi italiani, che supera il 90% del totale.

Perchè è unico: l'utilizzo dei Fili di Kirschner nella medicina d'urgenza è una pratica ampiamente utilizzata per far fronte a traumi e fratture, ma anche per preparare il paziente all'intervento chirurgico (es. osteosintesi). La possibilità di sfruttare la tecnica attraverso un dispositivo semplice e funzionale, ne rende il KR2000 il dispositivo indispensabile nei reparti ed ambulatori per il trattamento di patologie traumatologiche. 

Cosa lo distingue dagli altri trapani per fili di Kirschner: i dispositivi quali trapani ortopedici, oltre all'elevato costo, sono pensati per l'utilizzo stretto in Sala Operatoria. Questi, sono spesso dotati di più funzioni (es. oltre alla possibilità di introduzione dei Fili Kirschner, sono dotati di funzioni per la foratura ed alesaggio delle ossa) e di accessori disponibili, a seconda del'operazione da effettuare. 

La veterinaria, un altro settore di impiego: il KR2000 ha trovato impiego anche nella Veterinaria, specialmente nella chirurgia dei piccoli animali, dove è possibile impiegare i fili di Kirschner per il trattamento di fratture articolari.

Il Pronto Soccorso Ortopedico in Italia: vista la struttura della sanità Italiana, sono presenti numerose unità di P.S. in tutte le città e regioni Italiane, a testimonianza della grande importanza che viene data alla capacità di intervento in casi di emergenza traumatologica. 

Cosa è importante sapere quando si noleggia un mobilizzatore Fisiotek

Il noleggio dei mobilizzatori Fisiotek è un'attività disponibile  su tutto il territorio nazionale grazie ad una rete di strutture dedicate che offrono questo servizio ai pazienti ai quali è stata prescritta la terapia passiva iniziale.

Per avere accesso ai prodotti Fisiotek, è importante conoscere 4 aspetti che possono agevolare la ricerca e la fruizione semplice, senza sorprese o inconvenienti:

1) Quali modelli sono disponibili a noleggio?

I modelli disponibili per il noleggio appartengono generalmente alla serie Fisiotek 2000 e Fisiotek 3000.
Per entrambe le serie, troverete disponibili i modelli E oppure N, che data la loro semplicità d'utilizzo si configurano idonei per il noleggio domiciliare.

2) A chi rivolgersi per il noleggio?

Puoi trovare il Fisiotek presso Sanitarie Ortopedie, Centri Ortopedici e Centri di noleggio.

3) Come viene noleggiato l'apparecchio?

L'apparecchio viene generalmente consegnato a domicilio dal personale addetto della struttura presso la quale ci si rivolge.
Oltre alla consegna, viene spiegato come poter mettere in funzione il dispositivo e come utilizzarlo.

Una volta preso in consegna l'apparecchio, è importante che il paziente segua le indicazioni del protocollo terapeutico prescritto dal chirurgo, medico o fisioterapista, quali:

- Range di Movimento: è l'intervallo di flessione-estensione del ginocchio, stabilito progressivamente con incremento graduale nelle settimane di terapia

- Velocità del movimento: l'aspetto passivo della terapia si basa proprio sulla velocità del movimento, che sarà impostata in base all'avanzamento della riabilitazione

- Pause del movimento (se sono indicate): potrebbero essere indicate eventuali pause (in secondi) nel protocollo di terapia, da programmare sull'apparecchio

- Tempo di lavoro: la durata del trattamento (in minuti)

4) Cosa deve fare il paziente prima, durante e dopo la terapia?

Conoscere l'apparecchio che si noleggia ed avere linee guida da seguire, supporta il paziente
lungo tutto il percorso riabilitativo passivo.

Prima: immediatamente in seguito al termine dell'intervento, viene consegnato al paziente un protocollo di riabilitazione da seguire a domicilio, nel quale vengono indicati gli esercizi da effettuare e le terapie da seguire nelle modalità.
Nel caso della riabilitazione passiva, il paziente riceve un'indicazione dei parametri da programmare sull'apparecchio, che si consiglia di rispettare pedissequamente per un risultato efficace. 

Durante: per poter ottenere un buon ricupero del movimento, il paziente deve poter accettare la terapia e l'apparecchio, che non deve fare "paura" ma al contrario rilassare e fornire il posizionamento più idoneo ed adeguato. Il feedback positivo del paziente, dipende infatti dalla possibilità di avere controllo pieno sull'apparecchio, potendo agire sul movimento finale attraverso il telecomando. 

Dopo: al termine della terapia è possibile verificare che il protocollo fornito in fase di dimissione sia stato raggiunto, e che quindi il paziente abbia acquisito i limiti del range di movimento programmati. Generalmente non si coniglia di prolungare la terapia passiva oltre alle canoniche settimane post-intervento (a seconda della patologia), ma si da spazio a terapie attive. 


Una volta terminata la terapia, il servizio di noleggio si occuperà del ritiro dell'apparecchio.
